Return & Exchange Policy:

We only offer exchanges. Returns and refunds are not available under any circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

• The item must be damaged during transit.

📸 Important: To claim an exchange for a damaged item, you must record an unboxing video clearly showing from opening package till the damage product. This is necessary for us to process your claim.
This video acts as proof that the damage occurred during transit.
Please email the unboxing video to: support@thestoneaura.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

• Items returned due to size issues or natural color variation of stones.

• Products damaged after use due to mishandling, accidental drops, or improper care. Our bracelets are made with real stones, which can be delicate — breakage due to rough usage is not covered.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed if processing has begun.
